データ削除について
端末内の設定・履歴・お気に入り等を削除したい場合
開発者への削除依頼は不要です。アプリ内から直接削除できます。
設定 → データ初期化 → 「すべてのデータを削除」
この操作により、この端末に保存されている設定、閲覧履歴、お気に入りなどの利用データを削除し、初回起動時に近い状態へ戻します。
「初期設定に戻す」では履歴・お気に入り等は削除されません。端末内の利用データを削除したい場合は「すべてのデータを削除」を選択してください。
不正利用防止のために使用するインストール識別情報は、通常のアプリ内データ削除後も保持される場合があります。また、すでにサーバーへ送信された通報・診断ログや、みんなの反応の集計結果は、この操作では削除されません。
開発者へ送信済みのデータを削除したい場合
本アプリにはアカウント機能はありません。診断ログやコンテンツ通報など、ユーザーの操作によって開発者へ送信済みのデータについて削除を希望する場合は、次のメールアドレスへご連絡ください。

件名を「ひまめくり データ削除依頼」などとし、可能な範囲で次の情報を記載してください。
- 削除を希望するデータの種類（診断ログ、コンテンツ通報など）
- 送信したおおよその日時
- 端末のメーカー・機種（分かる場合）
- 通報した雑学や通報理由など、対象を特定するために役立つ情報
氏名、住所、電話番号など、削除対象の特定に不要な個人情報を送る必要はありません。データを合理的に特定できる場合、法令上または不正利用防止上保持する必要がある情報を除き、合理的な期間内に削除または匿名化します。
削除対象となるデータ
- 診断ログ: アプリ内の操作・処理・エラー情報、オンデバイスAIの動作情報、アプリバージョン、ユーザーが許可した場合の端末メーカー・機種・OSバージョン等。
- コンテンツ通報情報: 対象雑学の識別情報、通報理由、オンデバイスAI生成雑学の場合の生成本文等。
- みんなの反応: サーバーには雑学ごとの集計件数と、一時的な重複処理防止用Operation IDを保持します。ユーザーまたはインストールごとの反応履歴は恒久保存しません。
みんなの反応は、対象の雑学を表示して選択済みの反応ボタンをもう一度押すことで個別に取り消せます。取り消し時は集計件数が更新されます。Operation IDは原則72時間以内、または保持上限超過時に古いものから削除されます。
保持期間
- 診断ログ: 原則として送信から90日以内に削除します。
- コンテンツ通報情報: 内容確認、公開停止・修正、不正利用防止等に必要な期間保持した後、削除または不要な情報を除去します。
- 不正利用防止用の識別情報: 過度な通報・診断ログ送信等の防止に必要な範囲で保持し、不要になった情報は削除または更新します。
ただし、法令上の義務、不正利用への対応、紛争対応その他の正当な理由がある場合は、必要な範囲に限り上記より長く保持することがあります。
第三者サービスが管理するデータ
Google Play、Google Mobile Ads（AdMob）などの第三者サービスが独自に収集・管理するデータは、Ko-Yuが直接保有するデータとは異なり、このメール依頼だけでは削除できない場合があります。該当するデータには各サービス提供者のプライバシーポリシーや管理機能が適用されます。

Data deletion
To delete settings, history, favorites, and other data stored on your device
You do not need to contact the Developer. You can delete this data directly in the App.
Settings → Reset data → “Delete all data”
This deletes settings, viewing history, favorites, and similar usage data stored on the device and returns the App close to its initial state.
“Reset settings” does not delete history or favorites. Use “Delete all data” when you want to delete locally stored usage data.
An installation identifier used to prevent abuse may be retained after the ordinary in-app deletion operation. Reports, diagnostic logs, and community reactions already sent to the server are also not deleted by this operation.
To request deletion of data already sent to the Developer
The App does not provide user accounts. If you want to request deletion of diagnostic logs, content reports, or other data that you explicitly submitted to the Developer, contact:

Please use a subject such as “Trivia App Data Deletion Request” and, where possible, include:
- the type of data you want deleted (diagnostic log, content report, etc.);
- the approximate date and time of submission;
- device manufacturer/model, if known; and
- information that can help identify the relevant report or submission.
You do not need to send your name, postal address, telephone number, or other personal information that is unnecessary to identify the data. Where the relevant data can reasonably be identified, it will be deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for legal obligations or abuse prevention.
Data that may be deleted
- Diagnostic logs: App operations, processing and error information, on-device AI operational information, App version, and—when permitted by the user—device manufacturer, model, and OS version.
- Content report information: the relevant trivia item identifier, report reason, and generated text for on-device AI trivia when applicable.
- Community reactions: the server retains aggregate counts per trivia item and temporary Operation IDs used to prevent duplicate processing. Per-user or per-installation reaction histories are not permanently retained.
A community reaction can be cancelled individually by displaying the relevant trivia item and pressing the selected reaction button again. Cancelling updates the aggregate count. Operation IDs are generally deleted within 72 hours, or earlier when the retention cap is exceeded.
Retention periods
- Diagnostic logs: generally deleted within 90 days after submission.
- Content report information: retained only as long as reasonably necessary for review, disabling/correction, and abuse prevention, and then deleted or minimized.
- Anti-abuse identifiers: retained only as reasonably necessary to prevent excessive reports or diagnostic submissions and deleted or renewed when no longer needed.
Data may be retained longer only where reasonably necessary for legal obligations, abuse response, dispute handling, or another legitimate reason.
Data managed by third-party services
Data independently collected and managed by third-party services such as Google Play or Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) may not be deletable through a request to Ko-Yu alone. Such data is governed by the applicable provider's privacy policy and controls.
