プライバシーポリシー

Ko-Yu（以下「開発者」）は、Androidアプリケーション com.koyu.trivia（以下「本アプリ」）におけるユーザー情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおり定めます。

1. 基本方針

本アプリでは、サービス提供、不具合調査、コンテンツ改善、広告表示および不正利用防止のため、必要な範囲で情報を取り扱います。本アプリは、氏名、住所、電話番号、連絡先、写真、正確な位置情報などをアプリ独自の機能として取得することを目的としていません。ただし、第三者サービスによりIPアドレス、端末識別情報、広告識別子、アプリ利用情報等が取り扱われる場合があります。

2. 端末内に保存する情報

通常の設定、履歴、お気に入り等は、アプリ内のデータ削除機能、Androidのアプリデータ削除、またはアンインストール等により削除できます。不正利用防止用のインストール識別情報は、過度な送信等を防ぐ目的で通常のアプリ内データ削除後も保持される場合があります。この識別情報を氏名やメールアドレス等の直接的な個人情報と結び付けることを目的として使用しません。

3. 診断ログ

本アプリには、ユーザーが任意で診断ログを開発者へ送信できる機能があります。診断ログには、アプリ内の操作・処理・エラー情報、オンデバイスAIの利用可否・処理結果・処理時間、設定状態、アプリバージョン、およびユーザーが許可した場合の端末メーカー・機種・OSバージョン等が含まれる場合があります。

送信は任意で、送信前に内容を確認し、ユーザーが同意して送信操作を行った場合にのみ送信します。診断ログは不具合調査、動作環境確認、機能改善、不正利用防止のために使用します。送信された診断ログは原則として送信から90日以内に削除します。ただし、法令上の義務、不正利用対応その他の正当な理由がある場合は必要な期間に限り保持することがあります。

4. コンテンツの通報

通報時には、対象雑学の識別情報、通報理由、およびオンデバイスAI生成雑学の場合は生成本文を送信する場合があります。これらは内容確認、公開停止、修正、不正利用防止等のために使用し、必要な期間保持した後、削除または不要情報を除去します。

4.1 みんなの反応

収録済み雑学で「知ってた！」または「へぇ～！」を選択・変更・取り消した場合、対象雑学のID、反応の変更内容、一時的な重複処理防止用Operation IDを開発者のサーバーへ送信します。また、アプリはランダムなインストール識別情報をリクエストに付与します。これらは、反応件数の集計・表示、コンテンツ品質の改善、通信再送時の重複処理防止および不正利用対策のために使用します。

サーバーでは雑学ごとの「知ってた！」「へぇ～！」集計件数を保存し、ユーザーまたはインストールごとの反応履歴を恒久的に保存しない構成としています。Operation IDは通信再送による二重反映を防ぐため一時的に保存し、原則として72時間経過後に削除します。また、急増時の安全上限として最大30万件を目安とし、上限を超えた場合は古いOperation IDから削除します。反応送信時のランダムなインストール識別情報は氏名やメールアドレス等の直接的な個人情報と結び付けることを目的とせず、反応の集計件数やユーザー別反応履歴として保存しません。オンデバイスAI生成雑学は、初回提供時点では「みんなの反応」の対象外です。

選択済みの反応ボタンをもう一度押すことで、その雑学への自分の反応を取り消すことができます。取り消し時は集計件数が更新されます。個々のユーザー反応をサーバーに恒久保存しないため、サーバー上にユーザー別の反応記録は残しません。

5. 広告

本アプリではGoogle Mobile Ads（AdMob）を利用します。Google Mobile Ads SDKにより、広告配信、効果測定、分析、不正行為防止等の目的で、IPアドレスとそこから推定されるおおよその地域、アプリ利用情報、アプリや広告SDKの診断情報、広告ID・App Set ID等の識別情報が収集または共有される場合があります。これらはGoogleの規約・プライバシーポリシーに基づいて取り扱われます。

6. オンデバイスAI

対応端末では、Android端末上のオンデバイスAI機能を利用して雑学や詳細情報を生成する場合があります。生成処理そのものを目的として、入力内容や生成結果を開発者のクラウドAIサーバーへ送信しません。ただし、ユーザーが診断ログまたは通報を明示的に送信した場合は、本ポリシー記載の範囲で関連情報が開発者へ送信されることがあります。

7. コンテンツデータの取得

本アプリは、雑学データや公開停止情報等の更新のため、開発者が管理するサーバーからインターネット経由でデータを取得します。この通信に伴い、一般的なWeb通信と同様にIPアドレス、通信日時等が通信事業者やサーバー提供事業者により処理される場合があります。

8. 第三者サービス

これらのサービスには各提供者の利用規約およびプライバシーポリシーが適用される場合があります。

9. 安全管理

開発者へ送信される診断ログ、通報情報その他のデータにはHTTPS等の暗号化された通信経路を使用し、不正アクセス、漏えい、改ざん等を防ぐため合理的な安全管理措置を講じます。

10. データの削除

端末内の設定、履歴、お気に入り等は、アプリ内のデータ削除機能またはAndroidの機能から削除できます。すでに開発者へ送信された診断ログや通報情報は、端末内データを削除しても自動削除されません。送信済み情報の削除を希望する場合は下記へご連絡ください。送信日時、端末機種等、対象データを特定するために必要な情報をお願いする場合があります。合理的に特定できる場合、法令上または不正利用防止上保持する必要がある情報を除き、合理的な期間内に対応します。

11. 子どものプライバシー

本アプリは13歳未満の子どもを主な対象として設計されたものではありません。対象年齢および広告の取り扱いは、Google Playのポリシーおよび適用法令に従います。

12. ポリシーの変更

本アプリの機能、利用サービス、法令、Google Play等のポリシー変更に応じて、本ポリシーを変更することがあります。重要な変更は本ページその他適切な方法でお知らせします。

Privacy Policy

Ko-Yu (the “Developer”) establishes this Privacy Policy for the Android application identified by the package name com.koyu.trivia (the “App”).

1. Basic Policy

The App handles information only as necessary to provide the service, investigate problems, improve content and functionality, display advertising, and prevent abuse. The App is not designed to independently collect a user's name, postal address, telephone number, contacts, photos, or precise location. Third-party services used by the App may process IP addresses, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, app activity, and similar information.

2. Information Stored on the Device

Ordinary settings, history, favorites, and similar data can be deleted using the App's data deletion function, Android's app-data deletion function, or by uninstalling the App. The anti-abuse installation identifier may be retained through the App's ordinary in-app data deletion operation to prevent excessive submissions. It is not intended to be linked with direct personal information such as a name or email address.

3. Diagnostic Logs

The App provides an optional feature for sending diagnostic logs to the Developer. Logs may include App operations, processing and error information, on-device AI availability and results, processing times, App settings, App version, and—when permitted by the user—device manufacturer, model, and OS version.

Submission is optional and occurs only after the user reviews the information and initiates sending. Logs are used for troubleshooting, checking operating environments, improving functionality, and preventing abuse. Submitted diagnostic logs are generally deleted within 90 days. They may be retained only as long as necessary for legal obligations, abuse prevention, or other legitimate reasons.

4. Content Reports

Reports may include the relevant trivia item identifier, the reason for the report, and, for on-device AI-generated trivia, the generated text itself. This information is used to review, disable, correct, or otherwise address content and to prevent abuse, and is retained only as long as reasonably necessary.

4.1 Community Reactions

When you select, change, or cancel “I knew this!” or “Interesting!” for built-in trivia, the App sends the trivia item ID, the reaction change, a temporary Operation ID used to prevent duplicate processing during retries, and a random installation identifier attached to the request for abuse-prevention purposes. This information is used to display aggregate reaction counts, improve content quality, and prevent abuse.

The server stores aggregate “I knew this!” and “Interesting!” counts per trivia item and is designed not to permanently retain per-user or per-installation reaction histories. Operation IDs are retained temporarily to prevent double processing during retries and are generally deleted after 72 hours. As an additional safety cap, no more than approximately 300,000 recent Operation IDs are intended to be retained, with older entries removed first if the cap is exceeded. The random installation identifier sent with reaction requests is not intended to be linked with direct personal information such as a name or email address, and it is not stored as an aggregate count or permanent per-user reaction history. On-device AI-generated trivia is not included in this community-reaction feature at initial release.

A selected reaction can be cancelled by pressing the same reaction button again. Cancelling updates the aggregate count; no permanent per-user reaction record is retained on the server.

5. Advertising

The App uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). The Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect or share IP addresses and approximate location inferred from them, App activity, App and SDK diagnostics, advertising ID, App Set ID, and similar identifiers for advertising, measurement, analytics, and fraud-prevention purposes. Such information is handled under Google's applicable terms and privacy policies.

6. On-device AI

On supported devices, the App may use Android on-device AI to generate trivia and additional explanations. The App does not send prompts or generated results to a cloud AI server operated by the Developer for the purpose of performing generation itself. Related information may be sent to the Developer when a user explicitly submits a diagnostic log or content report as described in this Policy.

7. Retrieval of Content Data

The App may retrieve trivia data, content-control information, and other updates from servers managed by the Developer. As with ordinary web communications, network operators and service providers may process IP addresses, timestamps, and similar network information.

8. Third-party Services

These services may be governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

9. Data Security

Diagnostic logs, report information, and other data sent to the Developer are transmitted using encrypted channels such as HTTPS. The Developer takes reasonable security measures to help prevent unauthorized access, leakage, and tampering.

10. Data Deletion

Users can delete locally stored settings, history, favorites, and similar data using the App or Android features. Diagnostic logs or report information already submitted to the Developer are not automatically deleted when local data is deleted. To request deletion of previously submitted information, contact the address below. The Developer may request the submission time, device model, or other information reasonably necessary to identify the relevant data. Where the data can reasonably be identified, the Developer will address the request within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for legal obligations or abuse prevention.

11. Children's Privacy

The App is not designed primarily for children under 13. Target-audience and advertising practices will follow applicable laws and Google Play policies.

12. Changes to this Policy

This Policy may be updated in response to changes in App functionality, third-party services, laws, or Google Play policies. Material changes will be communicated on this page or by another appropriate method.
